How to perform Savasana
Lie on your back with your arms beside your body and palms up.
Close your eyes and allow the muscles to relax.
Concentrate on each external member of your body, starting with the toes to the head.
Relax each body part and stand still.
Stay in this position until you feel completely rested.
To do this asana for 5-10 minutes.
